Only individuals who verbally agree are added. No web forms, no purchased lists, and no third-party contacts are used. Phone numbers and consent are never bought, sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
Message frequency varies and is low — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE). You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

The only personal information collected is a recipient's mobile phone number, provided directly by that person when they opt in. It is used solely to send the messages described above. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is deleted on request or when a recipient opts out.
